The Restaurant

The Restaurants are social centers that provide hot meals to vulnerable families in 8 villages surrounding Hemleya, a mountainous village located at 800 m above sea level and more than 1,230 vulnerable individuals in Ain El Remmeneh, securing adequate food sources.

Central Kitchen

The Central Kitchen’s main objectives are to, first, prepare healthy hot meals to beneficiaries and distribute them through the Kitchen Bus and The Restaurants and, second, establish a social entrepreneurship platform for culinary training and food safety measures.

Kitchen Bus

The kitchen bus is a mobile kitchen that provides hot meals for more than 2,542 families in different regions all over Lebanon on a weekly basis.
